Nick is the latest member of the LDI Agent Support team with nearly 10 years of customer service experience. Anthony, our new Software Developer will be assisting the IT Department with various projects as well as software enhancements and ongoing developments for our Transportation Management Software. Amanda and Erica, Agent Recruiters, will both be assisting with recruiting top freight brokers. Amanda comes to us with an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College and a B.S. in Counseling from Baptist Bible College. She has worked as a recruiter for 10+ years and founded the organization "Business Associates of Buffalo". Erica has worked as a recruiter for the past three years and has a Bachelors in Communications from the University at Buffalo. Welcome aboard!
