Advanced System Integration

Our TMS can directly link to our clients' internal order management software via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). EDI is an automated way to share and exchange data including load tenders, proof of deliveries and invoices electronically. This eliminates manual data entry and processing time which is more accurate, faster, increases efficiency and enhances supplier relationships.

Web-Based Customer Portal

We provide our clients instant access to track and manage their shipments in real time via our web based Customer Portal. In addition to tracking shipments our clients can easily retrieve invoices and proof of delivery related documentation for every shipment.

In addition the system also can be set to notify clients by email automatically when a load delivers as well as notification for availability of new invoices and POD documentation.

Cloud Computing

Reliability is critical to our customers so LDi has entered the world of "cloud computing" by partnering with Advance 2000 to host and manage our systems on their cloud. Cloud computing provides LDi with high availability and full redundancy which is critical to insure shipments are delivered on time for our customers.

Transportation Management Software

We developed our own proprietary transportation management software (TMS) to allow us ultimately flexibility when serving our customers.

Our people use the TMS to manage all aspects of our customers' freight including order entry, carrier selection, dispatch, routing and reporting until the shipment is confirmed delivered. Our software is known to give us a competitive advantage in securing carrier capacity even on short notice.

Invoicing and payment

LDi offers clients the option of electronic invoicing and payment. Upon request clients can elect to receive their invoices online as well as the option to sign up to pay their invoices via Automated Clearing House (ACH or direct deposit).
